TABBit App Terms & Conditions for User Referral Program

1. Introduction

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the TABBit App Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Referral Terms, our General Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Program Eligibility

2.1 To participate in the Program, you must be an active subscriber of the TABBit App ("App") and have a valid account in good standing.

2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old or, if younger, have parental or guardian consent to participate.

3. Referral Process

3.1 Eligible participants ("Referrers") can invite friends and family ("Referees") to download and sign up for the TABBit App using a unique referral link provided by the App.

3.2 Referees must enter their phone number on the designated webpage, download the App, and complete the signup process for both the Referrer and Referee to receive the referral reward.

4. Referral Rewards

4.1 Upon successful completion of the Referee's signup process, both the Referrer and Referee will receive one month of free premium subscription on the App.

4.2 The reward will be automatically applied to both the Referrer's and Referee's accounts within 48 hours of the Referee's successful account activation.

5. Limitations

5.1 Referral links must only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means you can share your referral link with personal connections via direct messaging, email, or your own social media where you are the primary content owner.

5.2 Public distribution on sites where you are not the primary content owner (such as coupon websites or Reddit) is not allowed.

6. Termination and Changes

6.1 TABBit reserves the right to terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason and without notice, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Referral Terms.

6.2 We may also make changes to the Program or these Referral Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the App before the changes are effective.

7. General Conditions

7.1 We reserve the right to refuse issuing rewards or disqualify anyone from this Program at our sole discretion if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms.

7.2 The rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold and must be accepted as awarded, unless otherwise specified.

8. Liability

8.1 You agree to release TABBit and its employees from any and all liability arising from or relating to your participation in the Program or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any reward.

9. Applicable Law These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
