1. Promotion Description
The Tabbit LTD Weekly £10 Prize Draw (the "Promotion") is an exciting opportunity for users to win a weekly cash prize. To enter, participants must send a Tabbit pay link and have it paid. Each week, two users who complete this criteria will be selected to win £10. Winners will be notified and can claim their prize by sending Tabbit a £10 pay link. The Promotion is organized by Tabbit LTD, a company registered in the UK.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

2.2 Employees of Tabbit LTD, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are excluded from participation.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To participate, individuals must send a Tabbit pay link and have it successfully paid during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion begins on 05/08/2024 and ends on 02/09/2024.

4.2 Entries for each week close at midnight on Sunday.

4.3 Entries received outside the Promotion Period or after the weekly closing time will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 Each week, two winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

5.2 The draw will be conducted by Tabbit LTD.

5.3 Winners will be announced every Monday following the weekly entry deadline.

6. Prize

6.1 Each winner will receive £10.

6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be notified via app notification.

7.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Tabbit LTD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner.

8. Prize Claim and Payout

8.1 To claim the prize, winners must send Tabbit a £10 pay link via WhatsApp using the button presented in the winning notification. The prize will be paid out by completing the Tabbit payment request.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in Tabbit LTD's Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tabbit LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Changes to the Promotion

Tabbit LTD reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

12. Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion are governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
