Tabbx LTD £50 Weekly Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Promotion Description: The Tabbx LTD £50 Weekly Giveaway (the "Promotion") allows participants to win a weekly cash prize. The Promotion is organised by Tabbx LTD, a company registered in the UK.
- Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Tabbx LTD, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
- How to Enter: To participate, individuals must send a TABBit during the Promotion Period. A TABBit is a payment request facilitated through the TABBit service. Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on 05/02/2024 and ends on 01/04/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
- Winner Selection: Each week, three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by Tabbx LTD or a designated third party.
- Prize: Each winner will receive £50. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Pay out: The prize will be paid out, by completing the TABBit payment request of the winners, that has been sent via Whatsapp to Tabbx LTD
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided with their TABBit. If a winner does not respond within a specified period, Tabbx LTD reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select another winner. The winners first name only, will be shared on our social media channels.
- Data Protection: Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out in Tabbx LTD's Privacy Policy.
- Limitation of Liability: Tabbx LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
- Changes to the Promotion: Tabbx LTD reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
- Jurisdiction: The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion are governed by UK law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
